We at Coldwell Banker Sun Vista Realty
(referred to as "CBSVR.com," "we," "us," or "our") recognize the
importance of protecting the privacy of Individual-Specific or
Personally Identifiable Information (which terms are further
defined below, and hereinafter referred to as
"Individual-Specific Information," "Personally Identifiable
Information," or "Information") collected about our customers
and prospective customers (referred to as "Customers," "you" or
"your"). This privacy statement discloses what information we
gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. At
CBSVR.com it is our intention to give you an understanding about
how we collect your Information and the use we make of it in the
course of our business.
Application & Purpose.
Our purpose in establishing this
Privacy Policy is to balance our legitimate business interests
in collecting and using Information with your reasonable
expectations of privacy. Our intent is to bring you offers and
information, and to make available to you certain services, that
we believe are relevant to your interests. We believe that you
benefit from such activity and from the Information provided by
you and employed by us to market or provide these types of
services. However, be assured that CBSVR.com will not disclose

To that end, CBSVR.com gathers two
types of information about Customers: data that Customers
provide through optional, voluntary information requests
submitted on our Web Site; and data CBSVR.com gathers through
aggregated tracking, mainly by tallying page views throughout
the Web Site. Such information enables us to tailor our content
to fit Customers' needs better and to understand our audience.
What is Individual Specific (or
Personally Identifiable) Information?

Personally Identifiable Information is any non-publicly
available information or data about you that in itself, or as
part of a unique combination of information, specifically
recognizes or authenticates you by unique identifiers,
descriptors or attributes. Examples of Individual Specific (or
Personally Identifiable) Information include, but are not
limited to, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and

How does CBSVR.com collect
Information?

Information by specifically requesting it from you. This occurs
when you complete our
Contact Form.
The CBSVR.com Web Site uses your information to provide
information and deliver services. CBSVR.com Web Site also uses
your Information to inform you about other information and
products or services available from CBSVR.com.
Usage tracking
Use of Internet Protocol ("IP")
Addresses :
An IP address is a unique number that
is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're
surfing the Internet so that your computer can be identified by
the main computers, known as "Web servers," that "serve up" Web
pages.
CBSVR.com collects IP addresses for the
purposes of system administration, and to audit the use of
our Web Site. When Customers request pages from the Web Site,
our servers log the Customers' IP addresses. We do not normally
link IP addresses to any Personally Identifiable Information,
which means that a Customer's session will be logged, but the
Customer will remain anonymous to us with respect to that
particular activity. We can and will use IP addresses to
identify a Customer when we feel it is necessary to enforce
compliance with our Web Site Terms of Use or terms of service or
to protect our information, property, service, Web Site,
Customers or others.
With whom does CBSVR.com share my
Information?
As a general rule CBSVR.com will only
use and disclose your Personally Identifiable Information in
accordance with applicable law, and not disclose any Personally
Identifiable Information in a manner that connects you with such
Information, except when we have your permission or under
special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith
that the law requires it or under the circumstances described
below. The following describes some of the ways that your
Personally Identifiable Information may be disclosed:

products and/or services.
How can you control the usage of
Information?
In case you change your mind about the
Personally Identifiable Information that you have provided to
us, or if some of your Personally Identifiable Information
changes (such as your zip code, post code or e-mail address), we
will provide you with a way to correct, update or remove the
Information that you give us, as further described below. We
make repeated efforts to verify the accuracy of Information and
to correct and update our database from Information made
available to us. In the event you believe that such Information
held by us is inaccurate or outdated, CBSVR.com, upon
notification and sufficient time for verification, will take all
reasonable steps to correct any inaccuracy or update outdated
Information of which we are made aware. If a Customer wishes to
update Personal Information or objects to any usage provided
herein for any reason, he/she may e-mail the requested change

Realty, 19139 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores, FL 33787. In addition,
Customers can opt out of e-mail communications that they have
previously consented to receive by following the directions
included in our e-mail communications.
What happens when you link to a third
party site?
You should be aware that when you are
on CBSVR.com and/or its affiliates' sites you could hyperlink or
be directed to other websites that are not affiliated with us,
beyond our control, and/or outside our service. For example, if
you "click" on a banner advertisement, the "click" may transfer
you off the CBSVR.com site. These other third party linked sites
may include sites of advertisers, sponsors and partners that may
use CBSVR.com's and/or its affiliates' logo(s) as part of a
co-branding agreement, although the use of such logo(s) does not
imply any endorsement by CBSVR.com of the material, content,
products, services or information on or at such sites or any

also send their own cookies to Customers, collect Customer data,
or solicit Information.
CBSVR.com and its affiliates do not

products or services provided via such sites, and, therefore,
are not responsible for such sites, content, information,
products or services, or the hyperlinks or advertising the third
parties choose to place on such sites; accordingly, your use of
these third party sites is at your own risk and are subject to
the terms of use and policies set forth at such sites.
CBSVR.com's inclusion of hyperlinks to these third party sites
do not imply any endorsement by CBSVR.com of the material on
such sites or any association with their operators. CBSVR.com's

Customers' information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the
security of any Information you disclose online to these third
parties or via third party websites, and you disclose such
Information and use these third party sites at your own risk.
Is my Information secure from others
using the CBSVR.com site?
The security of all information
associated with our Customers is an important concern to us. We
exercise reasonable care in protecting and providing secure
transmission of your Information from your computer to our
servers, consistent with all applicable laws. Unfortunately,
given that we do not control transmissions or traffic over the
Internet or through third party communication service providers,
we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of such
transmissions or your Information.. Your use of the Internet and
