Who we are …
In 1980 David Grieco and Michael Lynch
purchased a small beach real estate company and renamed the
brokerage Sun Vista Realty, Inc. The company mainly focused on
the sale and rental of properties in the coastal communities.
In the late 80’s Sun Vista Realty’s main operation relocated to
its newly constructed building situated directly across from the
Gulf of Mexico. Soon after, the company decided to gain national
exposure by becoming an independently owned and operated
affiliate of Coldwell Banker, the largest real estate franchise
in the world!
With the growth experienced in its rental
operations, a “guest friendly” facility called the Reservation
Center (http://www.SunVistaReservations.com) was opened in 1990. This
location now manages over 250 resort condominiums and waterfront
houses. The Reservations Center’s stated purpose is
“We mirror the product.”
This simply means that everything
we do leaves an impression on our guests and clients and
projects to them the type of quality properties we have to
offer.
Since becoming a Coldwell Banker
affiliate, the company’s sales production has consistently
finished in the top 20 out of 2500 Coldwell Banker affiliates
that are similarly classified in the world. With a broad range
of specialties including pre-construction condominium sales,
premium single family homes, waterfront condominiums and
commercial real estate ranging from medical sites to hotels and,
now, with four locations, Coldwell Banker Sun Vista Realty can
meet most everyone’s real estate needs.
