Sandy has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Her career began in new construction as a sales associate and her success resulted in a promotion to assistant Project Manager. She eventually opened her own general real estate office in the Countryside area which led to her merging with a larger real estate company and expanding her property management knowledge and skills. In 2008 Sandy was offered the opportunity to help develop the leasing department at Sun Vista Rentals and continues to play a significant role in its rapid growth.
Sandy says that it has always been her goal to learn the Pinellas beach real estate market so she could enjoy helping others realize their Florida dream!
