Michael was born and raised in Tampa and spent a great deal of his youth enjoying the beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. After graduating from Tampa's H.B. Plant High School he obtained an Associates Degree from Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville and continued on to graduate with a BA from Florida State University in 1999. After college Michael started his sales career in the construction equipment industry and he moved on to better opportunities managing the sales operation for a sinkhole remediation company. In 2006 Michael's entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help people fulfill their dreams of a Florida home led him to the real estate industry. He steadily developed his specialty by focusing on the real estate market that represented his fondest youthful memories ... the Pinellas County beaches!
Over the years Michael has built a reputation for providing effective and efficient service that covers all aspects of residential real estate sales. He is experienced and well versed representing sellers, buyers, renters, developers, property management companies and is especially proud of his proficiency in handling all facets of short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties (REOs).
